Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PagePulse: Book & Reading Tracker mobile application (Application ID: com.pagepulse.pagepulse), provided by Niraj AI Solutions (Developer: Niraj Kumar).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PagePulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the application.

2. License & Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, Niraj AI Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use PagePulse on personal Android devices under your control.

All intellectual property rights in PagePulse, including design assets, icons, layouts, and software code, are owned by Niraj AI Solutions / Niraj Kumar.
Book metadata, covers, and descriptions retrieved via OpenLibrary and Google Books belong to their respective publishers, authors, and rights holders.

3. User Content & Conduct

You retain full ownership of any notes, quotes, reflections, and reviews you create within PagePulse. You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

PagePulse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that external book catalogs will always be accessible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Niraj AI Solutions or Niraj Kumar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.

6. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting all associated data.
