1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Reiki Healing Timer & Bell mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. Educational and Mindfulness Purpose

Reiki Healing is provided solely for educational, personal mindfulness, relaxation, and self-care contemplation purposes. The application provides visual guides for traditional Usui Reiki hand positions, interval chimes, and meditative soundscapes.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to install and use the Reiki Healing application on compatible personal devices in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from binary application distributions, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, distribute, lease, or commercially exploit audio assets, recordings, or software components without express written permission.
• Use the application for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Reiki Healing Timer & Bell name, logo, original audio compositions, algorithmic frequency synthesis routines, design interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of Niraj Pandit, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Traditional Reiki symbols and historical Usui teachings remain part of the public domain and cultural heritage.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs on all hardware configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer, Niraj Pandit, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application.

7. Termination and Survival

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by deleting and uninstalling the application from all your devices. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
