Welcome to Tarot Card Reading & Meaning (Short Name: Tarot Card). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Software License & Usage

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Niraj Panditt grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Tarot Card application for your personal, non-commercial self-reflection and spiritual contemplation.

2. Offline Architecture & User Autonomy

The application functions as a self-contained offline software utility. You acknowledge that all data entered, card readings drawn, and reflections recorded are hosted locally on your device hardware. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups or preserving your local device state.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software source code, visual UI elements, ambient audio compositions (including 432Hz solfeggio tones, Tibetan singing bowl acoustics, and hearth fire recordings), spread configurations, interpretations, and written content are the intellectual property of Niraj Panditt or licensed under applicable open-source frameworks. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative works of the application.

4. Entertainment & Spiritual Guidance Purpose

Tarot readings, astrological moon phase data, cosmic transit insights, and daily whispered advice provided within the app are designed strictly for entertainment, self-reflection, mindfulness, and personal spiritual contemplation. They do not constitute scientific fact, financial forecasting, psychological diagnosis, medical treatment, or legal advice. Please refer to our full Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Niraj Panditt nor any associated contributors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application or your reliance on any readings or interpretations generated.

6. In-App Purchases & Monetization

Certain optional features, themes, or ad-free experiences may be offered via Google Play In-App Billing. All billing, subscription renewals, and refunds are governed strictly by Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue features of the application at our discretion without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
