Welcome to Law of Attraction - Manifest (also known as Daily Gratitude: Affirmations and Manifest 369: Affirmations, package name: com.nirajpandit.dailygratitude, hereafter referred to as "the App"), developed, published, and maintained by Niraj AI Solutions and Niraj Pandit ("we," "our," or "us"). We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding our data handling practices. This Privacy Policy details how your information is handled, collected, stored, retained, and deleted when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect and Process

We only access and process information that is necessary to deliver the features of the App:

• Journal Entries, Affirmation Logs, and Streaks: All affirmations, daily reflections, custom manifestation notes, and streak counters you create are stored strictly locally on your device's internal storage using private application sandboxes (Hive / SharedPreferences). We never transmit this data to external servers or third parties.
• Microphone & Audio Recordings: The App provides an optional voice affirmation / mirror talk feature that requests microphone access (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO) to record you reciting affirmations. These audio recordings are processed and saved solely within your device's local application storage so you can listen back to them. They are NEVER uploaded, streamed, analyzed, or shared with external servers or third parties.
• Technical & Diagnostics Data (Non-Personal): The App may utilize standard Google Play Services for app performance, crash reporting, and stability analytics. These services collect anonymous device metadata (such as device model, OS version, and crash stack traces) strictly to fix bugs and maintain performance.

2. Data Retention Policy

In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, our data retention practices are as follows:

• No Developer Server Retention: We do not operate external developer databases or cloud servers that store, retain, or maintain user personal data, accounts, journal entries, or audio recordings. Consequently, we retain zero personal user data on external servers.
• Local Device Retention: All user-generated content (affirmations, journal logs, audio recordings, custom routines, and progress) is retained only on your local device for as long as the application remains installed on your device, or until you choose to delete it.
• Automated Cleanup: If you uninstall the application or clear the application cache/data from your device settings, all local data is immediately and permanently destroyed.

3. Data Deletion Process & User Rights

We believe users should have absolute control over their data. Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have immediate and permanent control over deleting your data through any of the following methods:

Method A: In-App & Device Storage Clearing (Instant Deletion)

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps > Law of Attraction - Manifest (or Daily Gratitude / Installed Apps).
3. Tap on Storage & Cache.
4. Select Clear Storage (or Clear Data).
5. This action instantly and permanently erases all journal entries, affirmations, voice recordings, and preferences from your device.

Method B: App Uninstallation

Uninstalling or deleting the App from your device automatically removes the application sandbox, permanently purging all associated local records and audio recordings.

Method C: Submitting a Data Deletion Request

Our App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored offline on the device, no personal data from minors is harvested or shared.

Because your personal journal entries and audio recordings remain strictly on your local device, they are safeguarded by your device's built-in operating system security measures (such as screen lock, biometric authentication, and sandboxing).
