These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Law of Attraction - Manifest (also known as Daily Gratitude: Affirmations, package name: com.nirajpandit.dailygratitude, hereafter the "App"), developed and published by Niraj AI Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Law of Attraction - Manifest provides personal affirmations, gratitude journaling, and mindset reflection techniques (such as the 3-6-9 and 5x55 manifestation methods). The content and tools provided are strictly for informational, personal growth, and self-help purposes. The App is NOT a substitute for professional mental health advice, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or financial counsel.
You may create custom journal entries, audio recordings, and affirmations within the App. All of this content is stored strictly locally on your personal device. You retain full ownership and responsibility for any content you generate.
Some features or content may be offered via optional subscriptions or in-app purchases handled securely through Google Play In-App Billing. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play Store terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Niraj AI Solutions and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the App.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
