1. Mindfulness, Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

NON-CLINICAL NATURE: Chakra Meditation & Healing is an educational and wellness mindfulness tool inspired by ancient Vedic traditions, Solfeggio sound therapy, and contemplative breathing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical or psychiatric condition. Use of breathing exercises or soundscapes should never replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or clinical psychiatric therapy. If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or anxiety during any breathwork or meditation, stop immediately.

2. Permitted Use & User Conduct

You may use Chakra Meditation & Healing solely for your personal, non-commercial mindfulness and contemplative practice. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, extract, republish, or redistribute the proprietary audio soundscapes, mantra recordings, or software code without explicit written permission from the publisher.

3. Local Storage & Data Ownership

The application is built on an offline-first, local-first architecture. All your meditation streaks, completed timers, favorites, and settings are saved locally on your physical device. We do not host user accounts or cloud backups. You are responsible for retaining your device storage and taking backups before performing phone factory resets or switching devices.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, synthesized audio compositions, harmonic soundscapes, Vedic seed chant audio files, UI animations, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Niraj AI Solutions and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Third-Party Services & Ads

The free version of the App includes non-intrusive advertisements served through Google Mobile Ads. All third-party services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Advertisements are strictly restrained to non-meditation navigation screens so they never interrupt mindful audio or meditation intervals.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Niraj AI Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the App.
