    Core Privacy Principle: Offline-First & Local Processing. Chakra Meditation & Healing is engineered with a strict privacy-first architecture. We do NOT collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal identifiable information (PII), health measurements, meditation logs, reflections, or spiritual practices to any external server.

Niraj AI Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") operates Chakra Meditation & Healing (the "App"). We deeply respect your personal privacy. We believe that your meditation habits, sound healing practices, prayer counts, and spiritual journeys are intimate and should remain completely private to you on your device.

2. Information Stored Locally On-Device

All app state and user activity data are retained exclusively in your device's private sandbox storage using local SQLite databases and encrypted local preferences (SharedPreferences):

Practice History & Mindfulness Minutes: Completed session logs, meditation timestamps, and streak counters.
Favorites & Custom Presets: Saved chakra sound frequencies, customized duration timers, and interval bell presets.
Mala Bead Counter Records: Japa mala bead repetition counts (27, 54, 108, or free counts).
User Settings: Theme preferences (Dark Mode / AMOLED sanctuary mode), sound cue toggles, and daily reminder times.
Audio State: Current playback track position and volume level.

You retain 100% ownership and control over this data. None of these records are ever uploaded to cloud servers or remote databases.

3. Android Permissions & Purpose

The App requests only the minimum technical permissions required for optimal audio playback and mindful experience:

android.permission.INTERNET: Required exclusively to initialize Google Mobile Ads SDK and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog. Core meditation tracks, frequencies, breathing guides, and mala counters operate 100% offline.
android.permission.WAKE_LOCK: Ensures continuous, uninterrupted sound healing and meditation playback when your device screen turns off or enters sleep mode.
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE & android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: Required by Android 14+ (API Level 34+) to show media notification controls (play, pause, skip, elapsed timer) on your lock screen and notification shade during active sessions.
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Allows the delivery of local daily mindfulness reminders scheduled by you. The app does not send unsolicited promotional push alerts.
android.permission.VIBRATE: Provides gentle haptic feedback pulses when advancing digital Japa Mala beads.

❌ No Biometrics or Health Sensor data (USE_BIOMETRIC, BODY_SENSORS)

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App integrates standard, reputable third-party SDKs strictly for advertising and runtime support:

A. Google Mobile Ads (Google LLC)

Purpose: Optional monetization to keep our meditation features accessible for free.
Meditation Sanctuary Protection: Advertisements are strictly restrained to non-meditation menu screens. Ads never interrupt active meditation sessions, timer audio, or breathing guides.
GDPR & UMP Compliance: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, advertising consent is gathered through the official Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

B. Audio Platform SDKs (Just Audio)

Local audio synthesis and high-resolution sound playback engine. Zero data collection or network transmission.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Chakra Meditation & Healing provides traditional contemplative exercises, Solfeggio sound therapy, Vedic seed mantras, and pranayama breathwork guides based on classical spiritual traditions.

    IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTICE: The App is NOT a medical device, medical software, or diagnostic clinical tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cures for any physical, psychological, or physiological disease. The practices provided are designed solely for stress reduction, relaxation, and mindfulness. Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner or physician regarding any medical symptoms or conditions.
  

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not targeted at children under the age of 13 (or 16 within the European Union). We do not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data is stored exclusively on your device, you have immediate control over your data deletion at any time:

In-App Clear: Navigate to Settings > Clear All User Data within the App to instantly delete all history, streaks, and preferences.
OS Clear / Uninstall: Clearing App Storage via Android Settings or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local databases.
