Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. DayPlan operates offline and stores all your data on your local device.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While DayPlan offers reminder and tracking features, Niraj AI Solutions is not responsible for missed reminders, device battery optimizations that affect alarm delivery, or data loss caused by clearing app storage or device failure.
