2. Personal Data & Information Collection

DayPlan: Habit & Daily Tracker does NOT collect, transmit, or store your personal user data on any remote servers.

All data entered into the application—including habit trackers, to-do lists, task schedules, hydration logs, sleep records, plant care schedules, focus/pomodoro history, and personal reflections—is stored locally and exclusively on your Android device's private sandboxed database storage.

• No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide personal details (such as your name, phone number, or email address) to use the app.
• Local Storage: Your data remains strictly on your device and is never uploaded to any cloud server maintained by Niraj AI Solutions.
• User-Initiated Backups: If you choose to export your data for backup purposes, the encrypted export file is stored solely on your local device or your designated destination under your direct control.

3. Third-Party Services & SDKs

To provide advertisement services, crash diagnostics, and ensure app stability, DayPlan integrates the following trusted third-party SDKs:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC):

  Used to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), IP address, general approximate location, and ad interaction metrics in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

• Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics (Google LLC):

  Used to diagnose application crashes, measure technical performance, and analyze aggregate, anonymized usage statistics to help improve app stability. No personal task data, habit logs, or private user entries are ever sent to Firebase.

4. Device Permissions Requested

DayPlan requests only permissions strictly necessary for providing core on-device features:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required on Android 13+ to deliver scheduled reminder notifications for your habits, tasks, hydration goals, and focus timer alerts.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM & USE_EXACT_ALARM: Used to schedule precise, time-sensitive reminders at the exact minute configured by you.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Enables the app to restore and reschedule your configured local alarms automatically after your device reboots.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE & WAKE_LOCK: Allows the Pomodoro and focus timer to run accurately without being prematurely interrupted by Android battery management.
• VIBRATE: Provides tactile feedback during mindfulness breathing sessions and alarm notifications.

5. Data Retention & Deletion (Right to Erasure)

Because your data is stored locally on your device rather than on remote servers, you have immediate and complete control over data deletion:

• In-App Data Reset: You can wipe all tasks, habits, and history at any time from within the app settings.
• Device Settings: Go to Settings > Apps > DayPlan > Storage > Clear Storage / Clear Data to permanently erase all local application databases.
• Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling DayPlan immediately and permanently destroys all local app sandbox data and databases created by the app.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

DayPlan: Habit & Daily Tracker is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through third-party ad services, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate measures.

We value your trust in using DayPlan. All local application data is protected by Android's application sandbox security model and encrypted storage practices to prevent unauthorized access by other applications on your device.
