Delete Your Data

Note on Privacy: Stoic Wisdom is an entirely offline application. We do not store, host, or have access to any of your personal data on any servers. All of your journal entries, settings, and reading progress are stored exclusively on your personal device.

How to completely delete your data

Because your data only exists on your phone, you are in full control of deleting it. You do not need to submit a data deletion request to us. To permanently erase all your data associated with Stoic Wisdom, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open your Android device's Settings app.
  2. Navigate to Apps or Apps & Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Stoic Wisdom.
  4. Tap on Storage & cache.
  5. Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data) and confirm.

Alternatively, simply uninstalling the application from your device will permanently erase all local databases, journal entries, and settings.

Warning: Once you clear the storage or uninstall the app, your journal entries cannot be recovered, as they were never backed up to a cloud server.
