1. Use of the Application

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial menstrual cycle and wellness tracking. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations.

2. User Content and Local Data

The App operates on an offline-first architecture. All cycle records, symptom entries, and personal notes you enter are saved on your local device. You are solely responsible for backing up your device and safeguarding access to your device.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, user interface design, logos, and graphics associated with PCOS Tracker: Cycle & Health are the property of Niraj Pandit (Niraj Kumar) and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niraj Pandit (Niraj Kumar) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to health decisions, contraceptive reliance, cycle discrepancies, or loss of device data.
