Welcome to CodeLab — Python IDE & Compiler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application developed by Niraj AI Solutions (Legal Entity: Niraj Kumar). By installing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Permitted Use

Niraj AI Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CodeLab for personal, educational, and professional software development purposes on compatible Android devices.

2. User Code and Intellectual Property

• Your Code Belongs to You: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership and copyright of any Python scripts, algorithms, data files, or software you write, compile, or execute inside CodeLab.
• App Ownership: The CodeLab software, user interface design, logo, branding, learning curriculum, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Niraj AI Solutions.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CodeLab to:

• Develop, distribute, or execute malware, viruses, unauthorized network intrusion tools, or harmful scripts.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's binary or proprietary components, except as permitted by applicable law or open-source licenses.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

4. Local Execution & Runtime Disclaimer

CodeLab provides an embedded Python execution environment designed for mobile efficiency. While we strive for maximum compatibility with standard Python 3.11:

• Execution speed and resource availability depend on your physical hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, thermal throttling).
• Packages requiring compiled native binaries (such as certain C/C++ extensions) may require Android-specific ARM wheels.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NIRAJ AI SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SCRIPT EXECUTION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CODE WRITTEN WITHIN THE APP WILL BE FREE OF BUGS CREATED BY THE USER.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NIRAJ AI SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CODE FILES RESULTING FROM DEVICE MALFUNCTION, POWER LOSS, OR USER MODIFICATIONS.

7. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling CodeLab from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
