By downloading, installing, or using the GlucoTrack mobile application, these terms and conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them thoroughly prior to using the application.

2. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

GlucoTrack is an educational self-tracking and lifestyle logging application. It is NOT a medical device, diagnostic system, or treatment dosing advisor.

• Calculations, target ranges (including ADA guidelines), trend graphs, and nutritional estimates are provided for informational tracking purposes only.
• GlucoTrack does not calculate insulin boluses, prescribe medication titration, or diagnose diabetes, hypoglycemia, or ketoacidosis.
• Never ignore, alter, or delay professional medical advice or treatment prescribed by your physician or certified diabetes care specialist based on app readings.
• In any medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency health services or physician.

3. App License & Permitted Use

GlucoTrack is provided for your personal, non-commercial self-tracking use. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute proprietary assets, software components, or trademarks of GlucoTrack without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

GlucoTrack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or health-related consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
